On your wedding day, would you hope for dreary skies, misting rain, and chilly temps? Probably not but to our bride Maggie, that was her dream come true.

She got her perfect moody day on the morning of her wedding – the best way to start the day in her mind. Maggie spent the morning laughing with all of her girlfriends as they got ready for the day’s events. Anyone who knows Maggie knows how much she loves to lounge and will believe us when we tell you we pretty much had to beg her to put her wedding dress on. She would have gotten married in sweatpants if she could, and her husband Scott wouldn’t have minded a bit. Scott knows that the way to his new bride’s heart is through a face mask, a cosy fire, and a glass of wine.

Knowing how important keeping the day easy was to Maggie, Maggie and Scott opted for a first look. And if you’ve ever read anything we’ve ever written, you know that LOVE a first look. The first look allowed them to get as many pictures as possible done before the ceremony so the could enjoy cocktail hour with their family and friends. They toasted with blue champagne, ate from a carefully curated menu of delectable apps and finger foods, and danced the night away (with donuts from the donut bar in hand).
