Avery VanSickle – SMCC Senior 2020

I had just finished a maternity session at the Winerie and was waiting in my car for Avery to show up for her JV Senior session. One minute it was fine and the next minute I looked up to see dark skies heading right towards us… [Jamie]

A huge storm was heading my way, and it was heading my way FAST. I called her mom about the impending weather but they were already on their way and wanted to stick with their time. Luckily, the Winerie has great spots to take photos in under cover. It was POURING all the while we were taking photos, but about halfway through her one-hour session, the stormclouds disappeared! It was nothing but blue skies and sunshine from that moment on!

I’m so happy Avery stuck it out through the craziest pop-up storm! We were able to capture some beautiful images that you’d never know that it was even raining during them!
