“Something old, something new, something borrowed, something….” romantic!
If you have been following our blog for a while, you should remember Marissa and Bryan’s engagement session at Kingwood Center (you know, the one with the peacock!). When we said “the chemistry between these two is palpable and you can tell just by looking at the way they look at each other that each of them has found their forever” – we meant it. This chemistry was never more evident than on their wedding day.
Every little girl that dreams about having a “princess/fairytale” like wedding day – they’re pretty much dreaming about Marissa’s wedding day. From the sparkly gown, the glamorous makeup, the carefully curated details – none of those were happy accidents; that was all Marissa. We like to think of her as our little Cinderella – and that’s not just the part of the story where she gets to go to the ball in a fancy gown and meet her prince. We’re also talking about the hardworking Cinderella in the beginning of the story (sans the evil stepmom/stepsisters).
Throughout the wedding planning process, Marissa went from a stressed-out nursing student to a full-time RN at her dream job at the Cleveland Clinic. She works crazy hours and has to commute over an hour all with a smile on her face. Not to mention, her hubby is a full-time teacher and a farmer, so he’s no stranger to hard work either. But every last minute of stress and planning was without a doubt worth it. This day was beautiful, just take a look for yourself.
