Can a goal for 2020 weddings be to get more island weddings like the Niese’s? Because theirs was a dream!
It’s not often that we get the chance to do a wedding over at the islands. Usually, when we get island inquires, we have to pass because we already have a wedding that day or we will be out of town – but luckily Teodora called us just in time! Island weddings are so fun! Usually, they’re a bit more relaxed but just as beautiful as weddings on the mainland. And while they have similar landscapes to the other side of the lake, there is just something so special about the views off of Put-In-Bay.
Teddy and Daniel’s day was absolutely delightful. We loved that their wedding was on the Niese family property, that their food was made by a talented chef and family friend, and that every person there was beyond happy to see the two of them get married. Everyone we talked to gushed about this couple! They couldn’t say more about how hard of workers they are, or how sweet and kind the bride Teddy is, or how the two of them are just some of the best people on the island – and we couldn’t agree more.
We were welcomed in like family and we feel special that we got the chance to take part in their big day. Thank you Teddy and Daniel! We wish you nothing but the best in married life and hope to have more island weddings just like yours!
